SG100L/130-1JD Light-duty metal wire mesh weaving machine

SG100 Series CNC metal wire mesh weaving machine mainly suitable for ultra fine, thin fabric weaving. It adopts large touch screen HMI, the operation is simple; specially designed precision let-off and precision tension control algorithm can display the tension in real time and automatically adjust the mesh surface tension; CNC 3-roller take-up structure can realize non-stop mesh removal at any length. The user can choose different shedding mechanism,L cam arch heald frames mechanism, electronic rotary dobby, servo dobby shedding mechanism. The weaving precision is high and noise is small, easy to operate and maintenance. According to the accuracy, it is divided into SG100L light-duty series and SG100P precision series.
